    Pretty much this. Especially if you consider that you can upgrade jewellery. (that you can first farm solo on normal dungeons).
    Most valuable stuff are basically monster helmets (especially DLC ones) and maybe DLC jewellery as those can not be farmed solo (in most cases that is).

    Not a super hard dungeon... try it... hardest part is the blood spawn dude. Go to glenumbra and ask in zone or better yet, wait til it’s the daily... and there’ll be tons of people doing it.

    You would be surprised how many people panic on that part their first time.

    Solo it, pretty easy.

    Im not having issues with Spindle II. I help people get some of their first HM clears and Praxin was the tricky one in those runs.

    very niche build, very small target market. prices will drop sharply if lot new seller show up.
