Anyone else having issues with this? I'm wacking things with ice staff and lightning staff, but neither status effect will apply lol.

correct me if im wrong but dont you need to cast weapon abilities to be able to apply status effect? not just whacking stuff but actual Wall of Elements or Force Shock.Ingame: RavenSworn, Pc / NA.

From my understanding, all you have to do is deal damage of a certain type to proc the corresponding status effect. I thought this was always the case with light/heavy attacks.1 -
