I don't understand how we attend this thing. It's being advertised OUTSIDE the forums, but it sounds like the only way to get an invite is to send a PM via the Forums. Which, I recently learned, takes a couple of days to even get access to, then once you DO have access you find out you have to be at a certain point threshold to even have the ability to PM. Is the point to frustrate people to death? I don't get it. Do you actually want people to attend this event?2 -

If you are Soul Shriven, post a few times and you will be upgraded to level 1 and will be able to PM. It worked for me. See you at the event!1

Also, you CAN just show up to the event without signing up... however, to PLAY the new area you must sign up to guarantee our spot... this is the part that is so frustrating. If I go, I want to be able to play!

Just to clarify, the RSVP will simply get you an invite to skip the general admission line to get in. Anyone who gets in (regardless of RSVP or not) will get to play Dragonhold. Space is limited, though. So if there's a situation where we hit the maximum amount of RSVPs, anyone who is in the general admission line will need to wait until others leave to get in. 2 -

I wasn't able to do it either. Posted a bunch of times, replied a bunch of times; my status hasn't changed so I still can't PM. Very annoying. Maybe they want the events to be Darwinian, i.e. only the people who survive extreme frustration and disappointment get through the doors!!!0 -
Personally, I'd rather they just have a traditional booth at the Expo. I went to their first off-site event at PAX East in 2017 and didn't like it. I went in 2018 and ended up really liking it, which is why now I'm trying to get into the one in Seattle. But I'm clearly doing something wrong because I still can't PM.1
