That seems little since it's a costly skill.

    it's not meant to be a spammable.......Oh....oh boy! That triggered my Cyrodiil ptsd. I...I am watching zergs running up and down Bleaker's spamming rapids! Oh, please dear god make it stop!!!!

    But they didn't have to remove the utterly convenient function that your sprint speed was maintained as long as you had your sprint button pressed down, despite the mount stamina hitting 0. I fail to understand the reasoning for this. This made the game faster. Lately they seem determined to make the game as slow as they possibly can.

    From a developer comment on this forum I learned long ago (don't remember the thread) that if you keep hitting your sprint button it would accelerate the speed for a short period. This speed burst cost even more mount stamina. It felt "realistic" (oh well) and was very useful for catching up with your grp in Cyro. Well too good apparently, so they removed that too.

    It's all these micro changes that make the game go from really enjoyable to really annoying that make me grumpy.
