ZOS Pact Change token is really needed

We need pact change token.
Its really sick that I can only play my warden in cyrodiil and not other characters.
I dont mind what pact I have chose before. But I want to make sure they are under the same pact. ZOS please give us a way to change the pact. I dont mind to spend 5000 crown to make this change for my warden.

Lazarus_Rising✭✭✭✭✭Yeah i made some new friends and they are all Red while im Yellow. Its a pain because i want to go to cyrodiil with them. I dont wanna level up another character and do all that stuff again...
I think the best solution would be to choose a faction at the begin of the campaign and this faction is locked for you for the entire duration of the campaign.
