Frostvault crashing very often PS4 NA

I have played normal Frostvault about 100 or more times in the last couple of months. The majority of those times, my game has crashed during the dungeon. The people in my group crash often in this dungeon as well. I just finished the dungeon a few minutes ago, EVERYONE but me (surprisingly) had their game crash during the dungeon. The crashes happen 80 percent of the time during the final boss. This is extremely irritating because you may get kicked after doing the entire dungeon and have nothing to show for it because the final boss caused you to crash and pugs kick and don't care. It's terrible all around. As stated, this has been happening in PS4 NA.
