How to get Craglorn trial clears?

I am interested in becoming a more end-game focused person, but so many guilds require Craglorn vet/HM clears as part of basic achievements. I know I could run them no problem, but my problem is that no one is ever running them because of how irrelevant they kind of are. Any advice for how to get some clears for these places?

Join a guild that is more casual but does trial runs.

I belong to one where we have Sunday trial runs and it's not about leader-board competition but rather to experience (and clear) the trials while having fun.

Or try the Craglorn zone chat, i see pug trial groups there from time to time.

Spend some time in Craglorn. vAA, vHRC are pugged often. vSO not so much but sometimes. Or start group yourself.
