Do the prices drop during the imperial city event and does the impressario sell the skin?

✭There's no current price on it. Just a chance to drop from the molag bal boss in IC sewers.
For the upcoming IC event however there's gonna be a higher drop chance and the impresario will also sell it for event tickets (10). All this according to PTS testing so everything is subject to change when the event is announced.PC/DC/NAserver

Lol it was a matter of time, the drop was bad even with buffs to drop rates in past events... So is not such a bad thing that is being sold for tickets for those people that grinded till the last minute before those ic events ended with no avail. Heck I got mine 1st time when molag ball had to be killed by 50 plus people on ic release.2 -
