Housing Visitor List Issue on PS4

Some people I know who are on PS4 are having problems with their visitor lists in their houses. I am posting this on behalf of Tezzer005 as she doesn't have a forums account, I shall just paste her message below

hello, I am experiencing a bug within housing on the ps4 EU server. Its about the access of the house and the visitor list, everytime im going offline my access of the house pops to no access and all the visitors in the list including guilds are getting wiped from the list. Everytime im coming online again i noticed this and a lot of people send me a message that they were not able to visit my home when i was offline. If im online i changed it back to visitor and put all the visitors and guilds back but still if im going offline its happening again. Next to this bug within housing friends of me experience aswell that there access is being changed to decorator status so everyone can decorate the house. I also experienced this way back in the beginning of housing and someone completely destroyed my house. I hope you guys can help me and other players with these issues, thankyou.

Have they reported this in game? And then replied to the (generally) automated email that gets sent out?

Sorry if stating the obvious but some don’t do this - especially the ‘replying to the acknowledgement email’ part.

Both of the people I spoke to about it have sent in game tickets about it over the last few days, but have not heard anything as of yet.
