Bloodthirsty Exemplary jewelry drop from Chests in Trials, or you could buy a Ring or Necklace with the trait crafted by someone else. Same for the weapon.
Just ask in Zone Chat for a crafter, or search those items in Guild Traders.
Exemplary (research starter) bloodthirsty rings have a chance to drop from trials. All exemplary nirnhoned items drop from finishing the main story in Craglorn. Which item drops is random.
Alternately you can have someone make you the items and then trade them to you for research.
You can also see some of the guild traders in belkarth as they have gear and weaponry with the Nirnhoned Trait as well as potent/fortified nirncrux, it costs quite a pretty penny but it is convenient. (Squizzy's trade company is one such guild trader to look into as that is where I got some of 'em for my crafter.)

If you see me anywhere. Know that I am sitting back with a bag of popcorn, watching as ESO burns the goodwill of its player base with practices that only disrespects the players time like it did to me and many others...
If a game does not respect your time, best thing to do is move on from it and find something else.
Ask in your guilds if someone can craft it for you. Offer to pay or provide mats.
So even the cheapest item (a white one, not a purple or legendary) would be useful and I can research them then?
Yes, research items can be white level 1 items, as long as the trait is right. Slaughterstone used for the Bloodthirsty trait is pretty cheap and shouldn’t be a problem to get. Potent Nirncrux used for Nirnhoned is a bit spendy but still readily available.
