Battlegrounds queue is seriously broken

The problem of being put into a queue where one team is never assigned more than 2 players, thus never allowing the match to start is not new, it's been reported before. But since the latest patches it has got substantially worse to the point that in the last couple of days, every single attempt results in a bugged queue and a 20 minute penalty once you finally give up and leave. It's been reported in other threads in the last couple days as well. It would be really nice if we could get some kind of communication from ZOS that at least acknowledges that they are aware of the bug. It's to the point where there is just no purpose to wasting your time queuing as chances are, you're never going to get a match you can play.
