SWAP Skills on the Fly, with system lock.

I have this suggestion that we could swap skills on the fly (like it is with Champion points, without needing to go to a shrine), but that would be locked once you enter a dungeon/trial or pvp area like Cyrodiil or Battlegrounds.

✭✭✭✭✭Could make a house item like a dye station that could save s few builds. That way people could have a solo, pvp, group build saved but could only change them when in their house.1 -
