Market website that differentiates between "Night Mother's Embrace" and "Night Mother's Gaze"?

Hello!

Is there a market website that differentiates between both sets "Night Mother's Embrace" and of "Night Mother's Gaze"?

They're just shown as "Night Mothers". I spent my gold on the wrong set items because I thought it'd be the correct one. I should have double-checked this.

Thank you!

you mean where you can look up items and prices?

But when you go to the store its easy to see which item you are buying..?

if you look on tamriel trade center ant is says "X of the night mother" - its embrace since this is a dropped set and gaze is crafted...

How about just enter "GAZE" or "EMBRACE" in the search string and leave out night mothers.

    I have already tried that.

    https://us.tamrieltradecentre.com/pc/Trade/SearchResult?ItemID=&SearchType=Sell&ItemNamePattern=Gaze&ItemCategory1ID=1&ItemCategory2ID=3&ItemCategory3ID=&ItemTraitID=&ItemQualityID=&IsChampionPoint=false&LevelMin=&LevelMax=&MasterWritVoucherMin=&MasterWritVoucherMax=&AmountMin=&AmountMax=&PriceMin=&PriceMax=

Both sets are different but share the same name. I could visit each city manually just to check out ALL guild vendors, but I think it's easier via a website instead of visiting all major cities.

The description of the item itself shows correctly ingame, but the websites do not.

The Gaze set items are not that common. The Embrace set is always listed. :/

This is actually not easier and I'll explain why.

With the new in-game search by text bar in the guild store UI, you can search by the exact set name and set piece: "Night Mother's Embrace" or "Night Mother's Gaze". The default UI won't forget your last search in the text bar ... so you can hop to as many guild stores as you want to obtain availability and price in seconds.

The website you mention, TTC, is not real time. So, some items that are displayed on the website (especially older items) may or may not have already been purchased by another player. By the time you head to those guild stores and find them empty, you've already wasted time that you could have been searching using the default UI text bar search.

With TTC you're also not guaranteed to get the best deal ... since not all players participate in loading data to the website itself. Especially true on Xbox and PS4 where the listings are even more spotty.

I don't think having another market website would improve finding a good deal for players.

Are you sure the name is the same? And even if it is, you can still obviously see what set it belongs to when you visit the store to buy it (you're not buying from TTC). I bought this set when I was completing TG and I used TTC to find all the pieces. Never had any issues.

TTC is fantastic on PC. It doesn't matter who "participates" in the data sharing. All that matters is that someone with the add-on opens a guild store. The add-on then automatically updates the data on the website for any items you viewed.

It's saved me countless hours spent in load screens since I started using it.

I like the website, but both sets ( "Night Mother's Embrace" and "Night Mother's Gaze") are just displayed as "Night Mother's" set, because the main game uses the same name for both sets. Is there a way to determine on the website to which set version it is referring?

I would imagine that 99% of the listings are referring to Night Mother's Embrace since you can just craft Night Mother's Gaze (there isn't really a market for crafted gear, especially off-meta crafted gear). When I bought NME, I didn't run into a single NMG piece.

If you're looking for NMG and can't craft it yourself, just ask a guildie, or someone in zone chat (if you don't have a guild).

TTC can at least narrow it down to stores which have one of the two, which is an improvement over having to check every random guild trader in the game on the off-chance. Then when you visit the trader to buy it you can look at the description to see which set it actually is.

And if you're looking for Night-Mother's Gaze I agree with the suggestion to ask if someone in your guild can craft it for you. It's a base game set which only requires 6 traits learned to craft, so most crafters should be able to do it for you.
