Mount Training Bug

I've been focusing on single character mount training, so when I finished my Argonian on another account, I hopped on to my Dark Elf DK, but it showed I still have 17 hours to wait on the next training session. I haven't been on this character in a while, so training should have been available. Anyone else notice this odd bug?
