The AD and EP apartments have the DC apartment loading screen. Not sure if that was the case before. Plus, the apartment achievement for owning and entering one was recently updated to include chapter apartments to count towards it, and it resulted in the achievement being reset. No big deal since it is earnable again by simply teleporting to an apartment again, but if new chapter apartments will be added overtime, it looks like this problem will reoccur.

Thanks for the heads-up on the Achievement being re-set. In my experience, there is more than one such Achievement, but I haven't looked at the Achievements UI to examine the distinctions.

At least for the Chapters, the apartment loading screen is unique to the apartment -- one for Morrowind (Vivec City), another for Summerset (Alinor). I haven't seen an Elsweyr homestead yet.

As to the "Base Game", if I recall correctly, the loading screen for each and every apartment is one of two versions of a "Breton furnishing" scene -- which is rather annoying. Barbed Hook Private Room (Auridon), Sisters of the Sands (Alik'r) and the Flaming Nix Deluxe Garret (Deshaan) have that loading screen, which is also used for Captain Margaux's small home (Daggerfall). The same Breton scene loading screen is also used for the tiny Inn rooms in Vulkhel Guard, Daggerfall, and Ebonheart, respectively.

For other small homes and for all other homesteads, the loading screen is unique for each one, as best I can recall.
