Still lacks potential, and I honestly don't know what they could even do to bring it up there as a good dps monster set. I would say for pve it probably may work, but for pvp it's terrible. If it gave some type of root or snare maybe it would work. And the proc chance isn't even that good and hardly really goes off even with a 10% proc chance. The only good thing about this set is being able to look like the litch king lol

    Do you use Force Shock? As it counts as 3 separate attacks in 1.

    But i do agree, the delay is to long, maybe reduce to 1s.

    The set is lacklustre, also from what i could see it wasn't affected by the Destro Staff Ancient Knowledge passive. (edited for clarification)

    It is Lack Lustre, also from what i could see it wasn't affected by the Destro Staff Ancient Knowledge passive.
