teleportattack on invi enemy disables whole character

Hello,
since the latest patch I am getting a very annyoing bug now.
I've made a video:

When I use my teleportattack and the enemy is going invi at the same moment, it will disarm and silence me. Also dodge-roll, blocking and free-ing is not possible.
I am getting this on every battleground match and also sometimes in cyrodiil.
It also means a safe dead for me, because I am infront of the enemy and can't do anything anymore.
Looking forward for a fast fix,
