Missing Crowns from ESO+

Had ESO+ for 2 weeks now, originally thought they might give crowns at the end/near the end of the month, but I just read should take a few days. I was gonna submit a ticket, and I can't login ESO+ runs out on the 31st for me.

I tried that, but the account for ESO on PC was made 5 years ago, I can't remember the security question. I submitted a ticket ingame about it.
