After the patch my game is now in Russian.

I don't speak Russian so I can't change it back. I put in a ticket but I don't know how long it will take for them to answer it especially since there is no avenue that would let me post my problem. So after 10 minutes of clicking the closest thing I could find was to ask for a change of countries. Is there a work around that will let me use my game?

But you can change it in the launcher!

✭Is that actual Russian ( can someone who speaks the language verify that?) or is it just a font change? Could be that it's using a Cyrillic font.

There is a language patch. ESORU. You can Google it. Maybe somehow you installed it? If not, you can download it and back engineer the files. Delete them from you eso folder.
Other than that, I have no explanation.

Censered✭✭✭Deleted the add-on and now the game has no language. Everything where there would be text is blank including the text box where you enter name and password. If I try to enter my name and password I get the error box, except it's also blank.
Uninstalled and reloaded the launcher... No change. The game itself doesn't show up in the list of programs for me to delete.
Looked for a English addon out of desperation and of course there is none.
The sun is now dark in the sky. Laughter turns to tears....

Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\UserSettings.txt
SET IgnorePatcherLanguageSetting "0"
SET Language.2 "en"
Also make sure all the language files were deleted properly by deleting these folders, if they exist:
Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\fonts
Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\EsoUI
Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\gamedata
After that, start the game from the launcher and you should be good to go ...
