When will the new Moon-Sugar Meadows home be available?

Does anyone know when we may see the Moon-Sugar Meadows home available to purchase?? There is just so much room for activies there! lol

What I really want to know is how much it will cost. I have crowns to spend but don't dare to spend any until I know how much it costs and if it can be bought in game for gold.

I like to think that it will follow the coldharbour surreal estate, as a blank slate home with no furnished version available.
My guess is 8000 crowns, maybe 8500, but definitely less than 10k.

More expensive than coldharbour because it's a larger, prettier area with a lovely views and varied geography, compared to the surreal estate

No, I think it will more expensive than that for sure, simply because it is a HUGE plot. If you walk from the front to the back, you will realize that it is bigger than the Earthtear Cavern (also a clear slate home), which is huge itself. So, I think they will probably sell it for about the same price as the Earthtear Cavern.

I'm hoping it will be sold for gold aswell. We really need more houses that can be purchased for gold.

It's marketed as a blank slate house, same as coldharbour, I can't imagine it would be nearly twice as expensive (7500 vs 14k)

Let's hope for less than 10k crowns, which is what I have or an option to buy with gold.

If it was close to the Surreal Estate however, I would bite the bullet and buy a few more crowns to get the house and Fezez. Otherwise I'll have to wait until my next ESO+ allowance.
