Anti heal build on tank PVP

So as tank im trying to realize how can i be affective in PVP, so i was thinking for a build to criple the enemy heals.
Since reverberating bash lost mayor defile i need to find it somewhere else.
So my combo is to get Foulness enchant to do disease damage and a change to apply befoul status effect for mayor defile.
With Fasalla's Guile set i would apply minor defile, but many players say Thurvokun is better, but doesn the befouled area stay in one place and players can just run out?

I don't understand how does enchantment work with traits...does infused trait help with Foulness anyhow or just increase the disease damage?
What about Torug's pact? And combo of both?
The chance to apply status effect is 20%, so with Charged trait it would be 42% chance to apply?

I agree thurvokun would be better for your build, even if the area stays for the duration in one place. But the area is quite big and also applies minor maim. It additionaly deals some poison damage, which could proc poison status effect and even restire resources, if you are a dragonknight. Also it allows to wear a more stat dense 5 piece set, which could bring your health, stam or weapon damage up quite a big, which would not be possible with just one mosterset.

For the enchantement there are two options: charged or infused

The disease damage glyph can proc every 4 seconds and has a 20% chance to proc major defile on its proc. Charged will increase that chance to 64% (it adds 220%, therefore the chance is 320% times 20%, if i got that correctly). Infused would lower the cooldown, so that you can proc the enchantment more often. SO either more proc, which lead to more chances to proc defile or a higher chance.

But how long is the enchant effect cooldown? 10sec?
So with torugs and infused it would get lowered to 4sec and can maintain it 100% on target?

Actualy my bad, infused is 50%, torug's is 30%, so with both cooldown would get lowered to 2sec?

Stam necro and mag warden can apply major defile in an AoE, combine with thorvokun for double-defile while leaving two 5piece bonuses for whatever you want.

Keep in mind that a dedicated tank is an extremely poor use of a team slot for BGs, so I would strongly recommend putting together an offensive setup if you want to spend any time in battlegrounds. Play how you want in Cyrodiil though.

enchant cooldowns are 10 seconds, torug reduces it but it was nerfed about 9 months ago so it's hard to maintain 100% uptime.

That was back in the Torug's enchant meta when people were doing insane damage with enchants.

Since nerf in pvp torug's other stats, IMO aren't so great.
3 GOs, a Warlord, and bunches of prefects etc-- all classes...I've wasted a lot of time in PVP

damage type enchants dont have a 10 seconds cooldown tough, which are fire, lighting, ice, poison and disease enchants. For those the cooldown is 4 seconds.
