this happens more and more

- cant teleport to group into dungeon
- waiting doesnt help
- reloading ui doest help
- cant even enter dungeon manually!!

is there anything else you can do when this happens?

    I haven't had the issue in a dungeon, but running delves in Cyrodiil I'll get the "instance full" when trying to exit the delve... It's like they give your slot up in cyro while you're in the instance so you are put back in the queue. I had to just keep manually trying to exit until it worked. Maybe just keep manually trying to enter the dungeon? IDK... Definitely annoying when it happens.

    I get this all the time when I roll a random vet that is already in progress and someone had left or had been kicked. It's a dice roll as to how long it'll be before I can get in. Sometimes it's like a minute. Then on other occasions the 15 minute cool-down to re-queue for a dungeon ends before I can get in. It's really inconsistent.

    Yeah, I think this is the situation. For whatever reason, the dungeon instance thinks there are still four people in there. Maybe the last person just logged off while still in the dungeon, or they DC'd in the dungeon and the group booted that person, or someone left group and teleported out but logged off before they actually reached the destination so the game might still think they're in the dungeon. I honestly don't know, but I think it's evident that the instance believes four people are already present and therefore prevents a fifth person to enter. It's very annoying.....and yes sometimes it'll be fixed within a minute, while other times it doesn't matter.

    There is one fix, and it's something we've done in Trials when this situation happens after having to replace somebody. The group leader travels out of the dungeon, and this somehow causes the instance to recalculate players I think, and the end result is both people will be able to travel in. For random dungeons though, you're just SOL and have to keep trying to travel to players in your group.
