I own Elsweyr but can't travel there or create a Necromancer on PC!

Logged in today after a year of not playing, got Elsweyr went to create a Necromancer and it says Invalid Class.
Crown Store shows Elsweyr is purchased, Necromancer shows in creation screen but it says invalid class on creation, I have character slots available. Tried traveling to Elsweyr and can't do that either.

    I also can't log into to create a support ticket, They send me an Access Code to verify my login, and it has a space in the middle of the numbers, like 5149 0021 I tried entering it with and without spaces nothing works.

    just seen the thread about people creating a necromancer without owning Elsweyr, really frustrating. Wish I could get support to respond

    Did you try logging out and closing the game completely and then logging back in?

    Try using a different web browser to log your Online Support ticket, @dashx73.

    Online Support is the only way you'll get your issue solved. They won't respond to random forums threads.

    By the way, none of the screenshots you provided actually prove you own the DLC. Not accusing ... just letting you know.

    After you get your ticket number, post the ticket number in the General Help forums.

    There's usually a mod that follows up once a day in that sub-forum.

    The problem started when you bought Elsweyr. The people who don't own it are not having this problem.

    The crown store looks like that not because it's been purchased, but either because of the hotfix or because it's something that is purchased outside the crown store. Not sure which but it's showing exactly like that for me even though I have not purchased it.

    Can't seem to see the edit option :/ Not saying OP didn't purchase it, just that that's the same screen it's showing for people who have not currently.

    I tried both, repairing the game files and logging in and out, others are saying that it's showing as purchased for everyone now?

    Is it showing that for people that did the glitch ? Or for everyone? all my friends have already purchased it so I don't know what it's suppose to look like, but earlier in the day it didn't show purchased for me, until I actually purchased it.

    It's showing like that on the two accounts of mine that have checked, didn't do the glitch.
