Anyone know why they nerfed Warden's swarm ability?

Reading through the patch notes, I can generally see where each of their changes comes from. I strongly disagree with their reasoning, but I can at least see what they were going for. Except for one specific change. They increased the cost of swarm while decreasing its damage. It's not an AoE, it's a single target ability, so by the reasoning ZOS was using for the rest of their changes, this ability should have been buffed, not nerfed. Plus, magdens were already in a weak position relative to other dps, so it's not like this nerf was needed in the slightest. They had no developer comments on this one, so I honestly have no clue what they were thinking here. Anyone nave any insight as to why this change was made, since it currently seems to have no reasoning whatsoever behind it?

    Both cost and damage were increased, no?
    Swarm: Increased the cost of this ability and its morphs to 2700 from 2430, and increased the damage per tick by approximately 17%.

    Wow, I got that one really wrong. I read it several times, but for some reason I kept misreading it as "decreased the damage per tick by approximately 17%." thanks for the correction, it makes a lot more sense now.

    Based on the direction in which changes are going, I am *not*. But hey, can't nerf into the ground a class that never left the ground in the first place....
