The biggest factor of getting emp is support from your alliance and guilds. Individual skill not so much.
This, with an guild behind you its way easier.
And yes this is old, easier now obviously, as part of the purchases you obviously dump 10-100M into the guild bank of your PvP guild and promise to take days off to help next in line.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

This is a joke post right? People pay in-game gold to guilds to be empy, you think we just sell skins and runs. Why would they pay such and absurd amount of irl money just to get rekt.

What? What do you mean? People pay guilds to vecome emperor? How on esrth would such a thing Even be possible lol 😁

Honestly a little disappointed that I didn’t at least attempt an EMP run pre-50 on my main. There’s no way I’ll get it on Kaal but maybe I could try a 7 day camp some time.

I'm shocked how many people don't see this as a sarcastic post and are reading this as sincere (oh wait, this is forums, I believe it). It exposes one area (under 50 pvp) where these new skill lines being for sale get pretty darn close to P2W. I mean sure, it's theoretically possible to avoid gaining xp while levelling up ALL THESE SKILL LINES AT ONCE, but the fact that you can now buy skill lines makes it much MORE LIKELY to face off against some psycho that blew tons of time/money to dominate newb pvp.

Just FYI, apart from Undaunted you can max out the rest (Psijic Order, Fighters Guild and Mages Guild) with the addition of Werewolf too by level 15 easily without any skill purchase just playing the game...
I know. And I know a few people who actually do just that. But it's not something the average player you'll face in <50 PvP will do.

    vgabor wrote: »
As of Undaunted, I personally haven't done it, but to my knowledge you can max out that by mid twenties.

You can't do pledges until level 45 so the only way to gain Undaunted points are the delve dailies from Bogrul. Not sure if it's theoretically possible to do enough of them to max Undaunted before you hit lvl50 but even if it is it would take a year or so...

    10 days
    15 Bolgrul quests per day

    easy
Undaunted will be maxed at level 20

Having the cheese balls work to be cheese is one thing giving it to them free thats another or for crowns should i say not really free but the average is freely there if you got money over skill to get an achievement only 5% of all 13million player's have got as of date

and here's the thing they add the myself I think I'd find it hard skill lines because everybody says they're too hard to grind but yet here you're saying they're easy to grind so are they just annoying to grind are they easy myself would find it hard to try to grind those skills to Max while trying to stay under a certain level as well as sportsmanship even though it's for below 50

Compared to the people that used alliance hopping / boosting / flipping to do it with their mates on PvE spec toons on dead campaigns this is actually a ton more effort. I'd be surprised of those that want the costume / dye only would be this bothered lol and if so at least it keeps those whales away from proper PvP.

They will still need the help from guilds, <L50 has quite the pop all running around in Gold gear rerolling toons. Again those who want Emp just to tick a box don't tend to be that coordinated, or if they are will do it in other ways cheaper and simpler.

I guess we'll just see how many potatoes come out the bag
But I do find it to be an exploit that a true PVP player that has never gotten Empire can use in order to achieve that

I play low level campaign as main campaign, as a lot of high level player, and for me, and for a lot of us, it is a real concern that people can have all these skills and more coming at any level when they start PVP.
For having performant characters in low level pvp, and keep them as long as we can:
    - we prepare these chars by picking skyshards while avoiding sources of experience as much as we can. It is trickier than it seems ! Experience is everywhere (I'm glad I gave up my ESO plus :-D )
    - we put on our bars the skills we specifically need to level up (or for getting xp on a specific skill line)
    - we read bookshelves at a specific level to get a boost on our skill lines at higher level (for ex., with my templars, I read them at lvl 37 in dawnwrath to unlock the beam "early")
It means that we have to make choice, we can't have everything.

But now, by paying, people can have all these "inoffensive" skills AND their "inoffensive" passives at level 10 and of course all the skyshards they want !
Some say that it's not that a big deal to level up undaunted, or fighter's guild etc. The problem is not to level up one (for example, I maxed mage guild while picking skyshards, I reached level 12, which is a lot already !). The problem is that if I would want all the different guilds levelled up and get specific skills, I would have to lose so many levels because of all the experience it would bring. And also the progression of my class skill lines/weapons would be slowed while I would level up guild's skills.
Again, low level PVP is a matter of choice, of priority if you want to have a decent character. And now, thanks to money, people can have all of it ! And in this campaign, the most little bonus really makes a difference when facing experienced players. I won't argue here about the exact signification of P2W, but one thing is sure : the ones who have money will have an easy time in this campaign.

In my opinion, the option of buying skill line should be available after level 50, and I hope they'll take this low level campaign in consideration, and change the way it is. Our campaign is the healthier of all of them, it has to be preserved !

The selling of skill lines never happened , it's not real. I'll just happily skip along picking up my lore books, doing dolmens, riding to my wayshrines while I stop to pick up skyshards all while completing my psijiic questline. Sweet denial is bliss. All is well in Tamriel. 😆😆😆
