Can someone explain how the cost reduction change upcoming in scalebreaker and now being multiplicative instead off additiv will effect the breton passiv.

So previously some sources of cost reduction added.

Lets use 8% from Breton and 4% from Worm Cult as examples.

    Previously: 100-8-4 = 88% of original cost
    Now: 100*(1-(8/100))*(1-(4/100)) = 88.32%
Take 8% off then 4% of that value. Diminishing returns.

Theoretically it was possible to get down to zero cost.

Darkstride: reduces sprint cost by 50%
Prisoners: reduce sprint cost by 50%

    100-50-50 = 0%
    100*(1-(50/100))*(1-(50/100)) = 25%

Ah ok, so that being said if I was just using light armour passivs and breton how much less effective would bretons passiv be,
I'm curious to see as it no other class passivs are being directly needed, but bretons are indirectly

Doing the calculations you gave me it's not a whole lot to be fair, and probs still worth being breton over high elf especially with cost of skills going up in some cases

Yeah, it's not a huge change as a lot already worked like this, but some didn't.

    Breton still definitely worth it.
