Summerset 1st main quest "The Queens Decree" game-breaking bug.

Summerset zones first main quest is "The Queens Decree". 8th objective of this mission is "Investigate the Monastery" in Shimmerene as quest pointer shows. Npc helps you distract the guard (scripted event of course) from Monastery entry door.
I enter the Monastery. After brief loading, i fall of the map, all ground disappear, i keep falling endlessly.
In this state of constant falling, no commands work (like tp to wayshrine, /stuck etc), chat log does not work, re-login does not work, waiting many hours before login back does not fix it.
Only option to get unstuck was queue up for BattleGround or Dungeon, where game by force teleport you away. After said activity i can easily choose my desired wayshrine to teleport.
By aborting this mission and starting from start does not fix this problem.
Waiting outside area to let game "load" the surroundings does not fix.
Add ons do not cause it, because i encountered this problem before i even started to use add ons at all. Now enabling/disabling them do not change anything.
No suggestions from support tickets helped. Support system did not help in any useful way.
My only options left i have not tried yet are: repairing game files trough launcher and complete deletion/re-downloading of this game.
In summary:
[*] What happened: By entering said location, after loading screen, i fell of the map endlessly.
[*] What i expected to happen: Enter said location and continue doing mission/playing.
[*] What happened: I could not play anymore and was stuck/fall of map.
Im gonna wait after tomorrows (12th of August ) patch to do repair launcher function, since it takes a long time, to see if problem persists (which im sure it will), but in the mean time i hope some people can give some advice's or provide any help to fix this problem.
