I'd say post in on the forum so they will fix the freaking thing without delay but we get banned for doing so. Guess they don't like being rushed to fix the game.
Title says all. I dont want to post the bug clearly as it could lead to exploit so where do i post it ?

First of all, THANK YOU for not posting the details of the bug/exploit. You'd be very surprised how many folks I've seen muck it up when it comes to posting exploits in the forums, which you're not supposed to do for obvious reasons.
Second of all, to answer your question: Assuming you're on PC, press F1, which will bring up the help/customer support tab. Then navigate to Ask For Help, then select Report Feedback/Bug. On the impact, select "Exploit!". Then continue through the rest of the form, giving as much detail as possible. Then submit the feedback/bug report.
Since exploits are always priority #1 to crush, they should be on this quickly...if they don't patch it within the next couple days (with the hotfixes that they will inevitably deploy after something goes wrong after today's maintenance), then they will certainly patch it with the first incremental patch next week.
If you can't handle the heat...stay out of the kitchen!
