Battle Mage Set Idea

Seeing as so many people ask for physical damage weapons to be viable for magicka builds, how about this:
Make it part of a new set. The 5 piece bonus would add X/Y magic damage to your light/heavy attacks when using 2H / DW / SnB. The set could give your weapon a glow to make it look magicky.
That way they wouldn't really have to change much, and people could get their battle mage build.
Thoughts?
