Swallow soul

If swallow soul is the killing blow on a mob or enemy you don't receieve the heal over time portion of the skill. Not sure if this is intended or not but you really noticed it arenas like vma. Now that damage is so high in the game a light attack/swallow soul can one shot a mob but you never get the heal.
