Abnormal Ping for OCE Players

This might not be directly related to the servers but I wasn't sure where else to put this.
For roughly the last week the ping to the NA server has been abnormally high. There is a ~100-150ms increase in the delay over the normal ping (which for a player in New Zealand is roughly 250). These are stable and don't fluctuate, indicating it might be due to a delay somewhere in the routing, however I wanted to post this here just in case it was something ZOS could do something about, or was a processing delay increase on the server side.
I have talked to all the OCE players I know, and all of them are experiencing this increase in latency. I would like to know who else is/isn't experiencing this if you live somewhere in OCE. 250 ping (while it seems high) it perfectly manageable and you end up not noticing it. When you hit 300+ however, it becomes noticeable very quickly and the game has been unplayable for the last few days.
Just to note, this isn't an intermittent problem. It it consistently higher and stays there upon every login (which i've been doing most days for the last week to see if it has been fixed).
I don't know what (if anything) you can do about this, but it is making the game unplayable for those of us affected by the issue.

EmpressLaineSoul ShrivenI'm also from NZ and have been having ping issues recently - ping usually sits around 300-330ms on a good day, but recently it's gone up to 400-500ms. Haven't had any issues with other online games, video streaming, etc, only ESO.0
