ZOS GOT EVERYONE BLOWING SUSTAIN!

So seriously you have people out here blowing sustain because the animations are not showing. When using abilities such as volatile armor, hurricane or at times vigor just to name 3 off the top of my head the animation does NOT show and at times even the buff tracker will not display if volatile or hurricane is up.

This results basically results into people button mashing thinking the current buff is not up which now you burn through resources until the animation is finally up. Just another rant regarding the down fall of this game.

Awful lot of that happening, doesn't help with what they're trying to achieve with healing either.

If skills worked when you wanted them to you could comfortably rely on them firing, at times its spam and hope to some result of it before the end of your lifetime.

Of course people blow sustain because they can't not press a button for a few seconds even when there is obviously enough healing happening.

It is crazy time in server now. I kill stuff and the after it is dead the valky set goes off and a meteor hits dead stuff. It is kind of funny when it happens. So much out of order but as long as funny I am OK with it. Just keep my beer cold and cigars humid.

As a former PvP'er who was always stuck in combat...have you tried turning it off, then on, then off then on and leaving it on for 30 days then turning it off then back on yet? Frustrating.

Nothing like double / triple casting vigor with an increased cost dodge roll between each attempted cast.

Yes, I have noticed buff tracking is not working on all the skills.

Same thing happens during dragon fights. You run and suddenly you are dead right after you will see an animation for a firewall or something that should have happen before, so you could avoid it. Right now game is a mess.

Have been having this problem on my stamsorc a lot. Hurricane doesn't show, I get no sound or visual effect, and since I play on console where buff tracker is just 473849493393839 icons lined up by duration constantly jumping around, I pretty much just have to feel for how long it lasts and try to keep it up via sixth sense ... which is extra dumb when you remember it does the most damage on its final ticks ... so I am really screwing myself over if I make a mistake ... Sigh.
