Payment was made but no confirmation of purchase and website had no response.

I bought the newcomers pack from the ESO store at 9.99 USD, after i typed in my Visa payment details and submitted it, there was no response from the website. The amount was deducted from my bank account but i did not receive any confirmation of it, and none of the items from the Newcomers pack is in my account as well. So my question is, Where is my money right now? I really did not expect this to happen. I've submitted a ticket and have not received a response yet, this is extremely frustrating.

My bank has confirmed that a Transaction was made, and they have also provided the Transaction ID.
