Gaining Bounty for No Actions on Necromancer?

I have been standing or travelling around a city a couple of times and I have gotten a bounty for doing nothing. I hadn't taken any of the prohibited actions and my "Don't Attack Innocents" setting was on.
Why did I suddenly get heat/bounty?

Because unfortunately the game is in a extreamly buggy state at the moment.

✭✭✭Are you sure you didn't use a necromancer skill? I've done it before accidently doing my buff skills as a habit then bam a bounty.

HelixUnited✭✭✭same things has been happening to me, no skill used no pet out just skyshard hunting next thing i knew i was cc by a guard then killed, res at spot as soon as i spawned back i was being attacked again, i had to log out and leave it, just also want to be clear i had zero bounty as well1 -

✭✭✭✭✭If you walk around with a Skeletal Archer/Mage or Spirit near any yellow/neutral NPC that counts as a bounty, can suck when they're the standby ones near a quest giver.0 -

I suspect this.
I just went through the first Thieves Guild quest on my Necromancer and made it with 0 heat/bounty. I suddenly had 150 bounty standing in Hews Bank. I have no idea what happened there either. I was not pressing any abilities and I have no permanent pet out (you can have Necro pets?)PC
