31 bots in khenarthi’s roost on xbox!!!

all but 2 of them are script bots! The other 2 have patterns and don't take the meat sack! If zos doesn't do something soon they will be on every map and you wont be able to farm anything!!! WHY WONT YOU HELP US?? Its on both consoles!!! Please help us. PLEASE?? Im begging you!!!!

Last night on QuakeCon Panel: Building Tamriel -- The Evolution of ESO at 8:10 they mention that where way to many bots at start and that they fixed it!
Bots farm materials for trading and level at same time. Two birds with one stone! They buy game so profit for ZOS.

If you wish to go to dark side you need to be prepared to buy 10-15 accounts per year but all depends on how aggressive bot you are and how many reports is on your account.
They ban bots on regular basis but profit rate for bots vs ban cost make bots profit.
Don't forget ZOS makes profit from selling extra game accounts.
It is win win situation for both sides.
Just report and hope for best!

Yeah I usually spend 20 minutes or so reporting bots anytime I’m in a newbie island. There was so many in Stros M’kai tonight it was pointless.

On the EU server for about a year a bot runs in a delve. It is already 2k+ cp, I saw it when it was ~200cp, reported it — it's useless, as it was.
Then there will be a new topic, as someone got 3.6k cp

Nothing prevents ZOS to go to sites selling gold and banning all sellers in the game. These sellers have been there for years.

Really starting to believe this. I have ALOT of bots I have reported over literally the YEARS and some seem to have been banned only to have been re-instated months later.

I have the emails and screenshots to prove my reports and the repeat bot offenders. My reports are typically from Craiglorn.

Anyone can go the southern area of Betnik right now and see about 20 to 30 just spread out along the main road. Is there no one that monitors the servers.

PC na a new bot train has sprung up in the rift. They run between frostmoon plantation and the dolmen. 3 pet sorcs.

The bot farmers make money by turning material gathered into in game gold into real life money.

ZOS gets reports from players about bots. At intervals they ban the bot farmers.

As long as they are not "way too many of them" (bots), it is a win-win for both sides. The bot farmer make more real world money then it costs them to set up replacement accounts. ZOS makes a profit from the sale of accounts, and can report they have more people playing the game.

You new players just have no idea how bad it was back in 2014. There were so many bots everywhere you could play for hours and never farm a single node. I did have a few sneaky spots that were bot free such as the instanced beach between Bleakrock Island and Bethnic where I had a toon that would log in farm 6 or 7 nodes log out and once he had enough he would mail them to a friend who mailed them back to me. 50% of zone chat was gold sellers spamming their sites. The bots could even get under the map and harvest nodes from underground. It was a disaster, this is nothing.

ZoS clearly don't care because the last ZOS post on this subject that I could find is months ago telling people to use the lolingamereport mechanism .. you know, that oh-so-clever-but-hard-to-use radial menu thing .. clearly whoever posted that either doesn't play the game and so doesn't know how almost impossible it is to make a report unless you follow the bot until it has to stop sprinting to farm a node, or else was simply giving the players the finger because the poster knew how nearly impossible it is to report them!
