Is there any kind of schedule as to when certain houses are added/removed from the market? I dont usually buy the big ones, but with the Crown sale going on right now, i'd love to finally buy the Linchal Grand Manor, as it's always been my favorite house, just insanely expensive. But it's not available atm, and no way to tell when it will be from what i can see.

Buy the crowns now and save them for later, that's the best option.

Best chances for specific houses are when there's the yearly celebration for the dlc/area (check https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news now and then), you could also get lucky in the black week, there's be several houses available cheaper than usual last year.

Yeah, i figured. What's Black Week tho? If i can get the manor for cheaper that'd be all the better.
