Proc meta wasn’t balanced by any means but it was so much fun which is something the current meta isn’t. Maybe give us something in between, make procs powerful again but not as crazy as they used to be.

The performance back then was significantly better compared to now, so if I would have to endure the proc meta but having a playable game I would take that deal without hesitation.
The thing with proc sets is they are always changing, and zos is extremely inconsistent with how they balance them.
Remember when they nerfed things like viper and tremor scale, just to add things like calurions and zaan. ... yea.
I think they all should be telegraphed and balanced accordingly.
I would legit undo 90% of the combat changes zos have made to pvp, but proc sets are never fun on a competitive level. especially in this eternal lag.
Can we bring back the Stealth crit Damage Bonus applying to Players too? You cant hit People for 30k onslaughts from Stealth anymore and I think this was a fun and engaging mechanic with plenty of counterplay.

I’m baffled as to how many people enjoyed the most thumbless meta ever. Nice hitting 1 button and 50 things just go flying out and make your enemy literally explode.
Guess people in this game really want to be as thumbless as possible

(4 items) Adds 129 Stamina Recovery
(5 items) When you deal damage with a damage over time effect, you apply a stack of blight seed to your target for 5 seconds. At 20 stacks, the Blight Seeds explode, dealing 11100 Disease Damage to the target and nearby enemies.
An enemy that has reached 20 stacks cannot be infected with Blight Seed for 2 seconds.
