Shrines needed in Cyrodiil

We have mundus stones but it would also be nice to have a shrine to Stendarr & Akatosh somewhere in zone. I always want to make changes when there's a queue they could be in one of the ruined temples or in Cheydinhal

This is actually a good idea. I would say to put it at each alliance gate, just for convenience sake.
