ESO-housing, new housing items?

I have just browsed Alcast's new web site about housing (eso-housing.com) which lists several items that I know nothing about.
(BTW great job with this web site!)

Some of these seem to be very promising, like

Does anybody know what to make of these items? Are they on the PTS?

I want a greenhouse since I have first seen it on the Summerset PTS!

I did some further browsing and theres quite a few furnishings listed that arent available. Hopefully we will see them someday, but I wouldnt have missed buying one of those spectacular greenhouses if they had been for sale somewhere.

They are definitely not on the PTS. At least not in the sense that they are available to players via drops, crafting, crown store purchases, nothing. Those look like the furniture that are usually datamined from the game client, which technically exist in the game but aren't currently obtainable. Many of those later end up on the Luxury Furnishing vendor, but many are still shrouded in mystery such as a bunch of unconfirmed items as this

or some removed items as this very-much-missed planter that for some reason isn't availble anymore

Thanks for bringing those items to our attention, now I can't wait to find out where they are from because they're awesome and I want them so much I never understood why ZOS has tons of ingame assets that they don't convert to furniture, but I understand it even less why they have actual furniture already that they don't make available to players.

The Windmill and the greenhouse were datamined in this thread by R_K. There are lots of nice things there and, as always, it's worth keeping an eye on it but there is no guarantee that they will make it into Live
