Glowing Plants Stop Glowing in Halls of Colossus Player Housing

What: The Coda flowers and Dendretic Hist Bulbs I placed on the left side of the Halls of the Colossus garden area stop glowing and emitting light. However they will work and glow properly if I remove them and re-place them. As you can imagine, I don't want to have to do this every time I visit this wing of the home.
When: After placing the items listed above, they will function normally until I leave the home and zone back in
