I have a spoon through my head (Can we have hide weapons?)

So, as usual, this is me with a spoon through my head. I tried changing to other bows, but they pretty much all go through my head.

Aside from what this says about my head, can we please have a hide weapons when not in combat option? I'm sure the rp'ers would LOVE this and it would make people like me with spoons through my head less embarrassed about it.

I suppose as a last resort you could unequip it, but it shouldn't be doing that at all. Do you have a particularly large head? Is it oddly shaped? Does your head need to be nerfed? Do you need a surgeon?

But a hide option would solve all these nasty clipping issues, so I vote yes.

As with all outfits and weapons in ESO, they are not universal. For example, on short character this bow won't place spoon in your head, while welkynar bow will create a nest there. Same comes for armor styles and even personalities, they may look great on one character and awful and another. It's like they are created for particular height/width of character and if your particular toon is far from that body type for which outfit/costume/weapon was created... it's GG, you can't do anything about it. Bow may be notably flowing in the rear few iches from back and sword hilt hang in the air while on other toon sword will be inside hip.

If we can't do anything about it, even more reason to allow us to toggle them off.

Yes this sucks and ruins the appeal of many of the weapons however there are some weapons that don't clip through your head so that's the ones I usually end up using within my outfits.

I can relate. This is why I use the smallest bow I could find (Barbaric I), it's the only thing that doesn't clip through my brain. I wish we had a hide weapon out of combat option like in FFXIV (also, auto-stow out of combat after x seconds).

If you think this is bad. Just imagine what would be happening to your legs if all the cape and cloak fanboi's got their way! You'd be tripping your way through Tamriel with capes and cloaks going through your ankles.

Instead of hiding weapons, how about proper animations without clipping? Just a suggestion in case Zos devs are reading this thread
