Master Writ Question

For Blacksmithing, Woodworking and Clothing, is it possible to pre-craft the item before unsealing the writ, and still have it count toward that writ?

My guild has every crafting station in our guild hall, and i was wondering if it would be possible to craft everything in a single visit to the guild hall, then turn them all in in one sitting as well.

Yes you can. You can then stand in front of the writ turn in, unseal the writ, turn in and repeat.

If you have any kind of XP scroll, pop that before you start handing them in. The XP is pretty good.

If you are on PC, than Writworthy addon is your friend. It will auto-craft all the master writ in your inventory, as long as you have the material, know the motif, and is at the right station.
Also, you can only turn in master writ with the toon that create the item, so no handing crafted item to new toon so the it can benefit from the XP reward.

I second this. That addon is magic. Saves me from going back and forth between my private crafting hub and Grahtwood every 5 minutes, too, since I can enqueue all of the writs, craft everything at once, and then just stand in front of the vendor opening them and turning in my precrafted completed products.

I pre-make loads of alchemy and enchanting writ items for levelling alts. I can go from lvl 35-50 in about an hour or two (to do everything) with 70-odd writs and a grand xp scroll.

I gather the writs, write down the requirements, make the items, then visit Rolis. Hand in - exit - hand in - exit - gain level - repeat.

Since we don't have add-ons on console (Xbox one here), I use an external database I created for keeping track of my writs. Most of the ones I can't do are because of research because even if I don't have the right motif when I recieve the writ I will make an effort to buy it that day. When moving on to new research I'll check the master writ database to see what research I need to do next to further progress on both research and writs. About twice a month I go through the writs I have to see if I can do any yet. My guild hall also has every set crafting station in the game so I can go there and do everything. Then I go stand in front of Rolis, accept each writ and turn them in. I don't know about other cities, but in Mournhold he constantly repeats "none of us is getting any younger..." Over and over like a recording stuck on repeat. It's super annoying so I try to spend as little time as possible dealing with him. But at least I can get rid of multiple writs at once.
