PC: How do I buy in bulk from a vendor without click "e" over and over?

I tried shift-click, ctrl-click, alt-click... nothing? I googled it and I don't get anything? Is it really just keep pressing "e" over and over? o.O Hopefully I'm *** and there is an easy solution that I missed. \o/

    Righr click item, choose buy multiple in drop down window

    I literally didn't know about this until about 2 years into playing this game.
