Murkmire Dailies & Dead Water Motif

So i just started playing Murkmire for the first time cuz i really want the Dead-Water motif from the dailies. But i dont seem to see any dailies anywhere. Do you have to progress through the story before they appear?

2 of them are available right away, you only have to pick up a very short introduction quest at the docks in Lilmoth. The third one gets unlocked after you have completed the story.

Where do you find them? I looked around Lilmoth and didnt see any, and also looked around the other settlements.

Thank you! I looked all over Lilmoth and didnt see any daily quests on the compass. For some reason they only appear when i get really close
