Missing heavy armor skill line

I have 2 bugs on my acc and can not find the right category to submit a ticket, there is no option to choose from that describes this problem. I need help from a dev - my High elf magica templar has no heavy weapon skill line. I am wearing a heavy helmet, tried using full heavy armor set, cleared a dungeon with that, gained a level, no heavy armor skill line, just light and medium. That is the first bug, the second - I have a huge chandelier stuck in my house, just below the roof. Was experimenting. Now there is no way to interact with it, from any angle of the house,inside/outside, even climbed the roof. Made the char walk one step at a time, its a small hours in The Rift, took me maybe 15 minutes to cover every inch of the house but no, the chandelier does give me an option to interact, can not move it, remove it, anything.Made stairs to it, did not help. It is so annoying.And there is no option to submit a ticket for that.The categories are nice to have, makes it easier for the devs but they should have more options. Where would you submit the heavy armor issue ?

The heavy armor skill line ought to unlock when you wear 3 pieces of heavy armor, certainly if you were wearing 5 pieces.

Try using the Retrieve tab in the Housing Editor to collect your chandelier.

Ty for the explanation, the heavy armor indeed must be a bug. Not sure about the retrieve tab, only recently bough the house and started decorating. I place something, then later I have the option to move it again after I highlight it.
My problem is the highlight does not appear, ever, no matter where I stand. If you mean that there is an option to do it without actually getting it highlighted, that would be great will give it a go once the servers are up. thank you

What level is the character having the heavy armor bug? If only just starting out maybe wait a while.

And VaranisArano is right, if you click on the retrieve tab when looking at stuff to put out (R) the chandelier will be listed there, the item does not even need to be visible to retrieve it. I often hide the rocks I do not want below the floor, the only way to get them back is the retrieve list. Some paintings placed to far into the wall can only be retrieved that way as well.
