Screen offset randomly.

Maybe someone knows how to fix this? PS4 NA
Was doing a quest on the west side of VVardenfell that involves a dark elf book writer that I met in Wrothgar. My Character has always been centered and in full view on Screen. While doing a quest, you pass through an area with some skeleton enemies. After that area my screen changed from full view to 3rd person over the shoulder. Character is no longer centered. The camera is close up, over the shoulder. I didn’t change any settings or anything. Was just playing through the quest. I tried to reset to default but it seems that this quest changes the defaults as well. I even tried relogging and no change.
Is this a bug? Any way to fix it?
