I get that by mirroring Heists they saved a lot of map development time and RNG throws targets into different locations.
But realistically a lot of these targets sound too respectable to be in a lot of these places.
It would be nice if, down the line, they could add various different locations like estates, some of the larger Housing locations, or sections of existing cities "at night".
