Breton Necromancer stats dropped at lvl 50

I was in Cyrodiil this morning collecting skyshards when I hit lvl 50. I can no longer use Rapid Maneuver because my Stamina is now under 8K. Anyone else having issues?

Everyone's stats drop when you hit 50. This is normal.

It's currently normal, but it's something that badly needs fixing when they reimagine CP. A system in which everything gets worse when you reach max level achieves maximum lack of fun.
