buggy bull netch

sometimes i when im in fights my bull netch will have like 12 seconds left then it disapears. its pretty annoying. same with ground dots dont deploy when ive hit the ability. not always but often enough to notice it when doing my rotations. the bull netch one is a stright up glitch or soemthing
