Make whip dual as an execute, only in PvE.
I don't find it necessary for PvP, in fact it'd probably be too overpowered, but in PvE in raids I feel quite useless in execute phase compared to others who can achieve the same dps before execute then get to burst harder in execute while I'm doing the same dps regardless of where the fight is.
